Each Admin–Finance team jointly manages its client portfolio to ensure accurate financial records, timely compliance, and excellent client service.
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
• New graduates welcome; experience in bookkeeping or accounting support is a plus
• Knowledge of BIR forms and compliance procedures preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and spreadsheets
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
Admin Associate Job Summary

The Administrative Associate manages client document processing, permit renewals, registrations, compliance coordination, and administrative support. Working alongside a Finance Associate, the role supports the full client life cycle—from onboarding and documentation to submissions, follow-ups, and coordination. Each Admin–Finance team jointly manages its client portfolio to ensure smooth operations, timely compliance, and excellent client service.
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• No prior work experience required; fresh graduates welcome
• Willing to work onsite daily
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Strong reporting and administrative writing skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and Google Drive
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
Finance Assistant Job Summary

The Finance Assistant is responsible for accurately recording and maintaining financial transactions for both the company and its clients. This role manages and monitors expenses, budgets, taxes, and cash flow, while ensuring timely tracking of accounts payable and receivable.
